Looking at the profile of the back of the woofer, and the mounting depth, I can tell you with certainty that you would have a LOT of trouble fitting those into the OEM enclosures, and there is a good chance they would not fit at all. I also read some time ago that these (or a previous version) do not nearly sound as good as the SWS-8 in a free air application, so there is another reason to go with the Earthquake.

I am not agitating for EQ, I am just pointing out what doesn't fit.
NO aftermarket subs are intended to perform in that underseat tiny vented enclosure, and whatever subs do are kind of an accident. I look forward to some testing of different drivers in there, and I hope that I get to do that this week rather than the family medical drama that took up last week <grr> |

in the link above the OP tried that and after numerous tries gave up on going custom and ended up going with the SWS.

So...you were able to find this old dead thread and these forums, but didn't find the sticky in this electronics sub forum, so you resurrected a dead thread? Cmon man! The sticky on this forum gives links to 90%+ of what you will need/can get, and will answer almost every question you have as you pro and con between your different upgrade paths. Use it, it wasn't around when I was making my upgrades(most info was there, but certainly not compiled so well).
