CA Limit to 2 Key Fobs?
I ordered a 3rd key fob when I purchased my car. After several weeks (and fortunately a new SA who seems to know his job), I've been told that only 2 CA key fobs can operate as CA fobs. The third operates like a regular fob that must be plugged in to start. Can anyone confirm this ?
Thanks! Jim 2006 325xiT Electric Red |

Would make sense, but I didnt know that this is the case.
Who is the third person? Do they drive that often with all hands busy?

Have looked through all I have, and only restriction I find is that the car can only have 3 keys programmed for it. No restriction for Comfort Access is mentioned
Did they actually get a key and programme it for you ? If so, they may have ordered a non-CA key
