Sticky Stuff From Inside Doors

You know the stuff that runs down the side skirts. it comes from inside the doors. what can i use to rinse the inside of the door to get rid of the rest of it??? i thinking i can spray in the hole at the bottom than rince it out...

~ that is the rust proofing from inside the doors... i use "goo gone" to clean up the excess dripage/seepage.

in time... it will stop dripping.
