NJ/NY Cars and Coffee

Posting this for a friend of mine...we are starting our own Cars and Coffee group. They had their first meeting yesterday of 3 e30s, in pouring rain and are looking to grow. I figure we can show some 1er support to our very similar older siblings!

So here it goes.

Yes, this is a weekly meet.

I think it actually started in California with a bunch of supercar and classic car owners just doing weekly gtg's. Basically hang out, show off your cars in a parking lot and meet others. Not really a car club, just a gathering.

7-11 across the street and numerous dunkin donuts nearby.

We just had our first one...in pouring rain...this past Saturday-total turnout of 3, older vintage BMWs. At the moment we are just getting the word out to people in various message boards and car clubs.

Perhaps you should wait it out till you can justify your drive, I'll be sure to post pics from our next one. I know Long Island is far.

you know i will def try and make it by 9am from nyc is rough commute to a meet on a weekly basis.

Won't be able to make it till eyes are healed perfectly but May is looking good

There is one out in Sag Harbor that meet every sunday morning. I would go to that one but I can't justify a 70 mile drive for a quick coffee and a hi.

If your closer you might want to try that one.

I drive out to exit 66-70 on sunday mornings, sometimes as early as 5-6 am to play golf...
lets just say sometimes the drive is more fun than the driving!!
