Anyone in South Florida get the lag fix software....

I go to Braman Bmw in downtown Miami, but they keep telling me that their software isn't up and running so I can't get the lagfix software. Have any of you in South Florida gotten the lagfix software and at what dealership. They have been feeding me the same story for three months and I was hoping some of you guys could help me out. Cheers

I'm curious to know, too. My dealer is denying the problem... lol Car went in yesterday because of the lag among other issues. I was hoping that any & all issues would have been fix with the 2nd model year run. URGH
