Front windowshield tint

Hey guys, im in the bay area and was wondering where is a good place to get my windowshield tinted? I know its illegal but Im tired of the times when im driving into the sun and it burning me up. I just want some heat rejection. Of course id prefer it to be as light as possible because i dont want any problems with visibility or cops. I called the place i got the tint done on the rest of the car but they dont touch the front windowshield.

If necessary maybe socal places are fine too. Id schedule an apptment on the next trip down.
Thanks!

Hmm, they will do it around me, but that doesn't help you. They just tell you that it is illegal and if you still want it they slap it on there.

Yes they will.

It's not recommended because it's been known, in CA at least, that cars with tinted windshields usually get towed when they're parked. If you really want it though there are a lot of places that'll do it around SoCal. Call California Tint, they're on Rosemead.

There's one in San Fernando Valley, CA. They'll tint it for the money. They don't care if it's illegal. There was an on-duty cop there asking about electronics while a car was being tinted 5% all around including strip on front windshield.

Hrm... sunglasses, please elaborate....haha...

no ideally just the clear tint that rejects heat is all i really want... Im not looking to drive around with something visibly dark. I guess if its too much trouble i wont get to it but it would be really convenient.

If you go huper optik ceramic, you can get amazing heat rejection from a film that has BARELY any noticeable tint. Don't think you'd get caught by the cops with it. Im not sure if he does windshields, but I just got the rest of my windows done by Sal @

He does Huper Optik for a very reasonable fee and also does cheaper madico ceramicool - not near the heat rejection though.

I have Pinnacle Ceramic on my front 55% I believe... You really can not tell its there and the heat rejection is superb especially for having a black leather interior.
