2006 530 Price Range

What's a realistic retail value for a 2006 530xi coming off lease with 45,000 miles? Cold Weather, Premium Package, Parking Sensor. Good condition. No Nav, no Premium Sound. Medium Gray with Black Leather. Not many of this color around the Connecticut area. CPO. What is the market for these cars given economy today?
Thanks for any thoughts.

Thanks. Haven't seen one in good shape in the $25 to $28 range. The range seems to be to list for $32 to $34 and bottom line in the $29 to $31. Supply is somewhat limited here from what I can see.

got to KBB to get a baseline. then i'd low ball by $3000 or so. its a buyers market to say the least..... you can get an amazing deal on a CPO right now

Thanks Melbourne.
Prices vary quite a bit and depend much on the overall quality and condition. Some CPO look to be hard driven, minor scratches, interior nicks. The creampuffs seem higher priced even with fewer options. Almost all in Connecticut are all wheel drive. 2006 with high 30's to high 40s mileage list in the range of $29,900 to $35,000. 2007 model about $1,000 to $2,000 more. KBB coming in with the 2006 CPO at $32,000 to $33,000. I would pay a premium for well taken care of interior/exterior. CPO is a requirement in this league I think.
