Warning light problem!!

I just dropped my 325 off at the dealer..heres whats happening...the lights in the center of the dash began to get dim flashing on and off at different times and started to blink for no reason. then my tire preasure light came on RED and would not go off. Now i changed the wheels and tires right after i bought the car and have not had a problem with that light coming on...What do you think??? ( input please )..glen

That's some strange behaviour. Hopefully it's merely a simple electrical problem and not something more serious. My dash lights (check engine light) has come on twice within a one month period, and both times it was failure of an engine part. Let us know what the dealer makes of it.

you are supposed to reset the tire pressure indicator after you change tires -- even after you add air.

with idrive, you reset it from the "service menu" -- not sure how you re-set it without idrive.

without i-drive, you have to access the "INIT" window using the "BC" button at the end of the turn signal stalk. press "BC" once to select INIT, and then hold on to "BC" for a few seconds until a check mark comes up and the tire pressure monitor is reset. all this is in the manual of course....

NO, its just the center lights. still waiting for the dealer to let me know. all they said so far is that it looks like a cluster in the computer is screwed up..did you know that when they check the key "fob" in their computer they can tell what tech. in Germany worked on your car as it was being built!!! they're waiting for an e-mail but i don't know from who.. i'll keep everyone informed just in case .....glen

Well got the car back today. the SA said it was one of the clusters in the CP that went bad. Everything seems ok right now..except for a SCRATCH in the top of the right side fender its tiny, but i know it wasn't there:mad:  . My wife picked the car up when she got home there was a grease mark on the fender so i wiped and there it was....
