Lost HP?

some people said that the Kerscher exaust and the Hamann Exaust loses HP?

does anyone knows why it has negative HP?

by changing the air intake, will it make the exaust positive?

sorry for bring a total noob

Unless we have baseline and post-mod dyno test runs under similar conditions, no one can make any claims about losses or gains. No two cars are exactly alike, even right off the assembly line.

Thanks a lot, you guys. Long, did you dynoed yours also? BTW, I'm going to install my exhaust anyway. I like the sound. I don't think losing HP, if any, will be noticeable and I don't care anyway. Since I'm not using my car to race or whatever, the sound, the look of the exhaust together with BMW handling and fun to drive are enough reasons for me to go ahead and INSTALL my Kerscher exhaust.
Again, thanks for the good job.
