2006+ 330Xi performance upgrades. (Newbie Information)

Hello all, Just traded in my 03` c230 RENNtech coupe for a 2006 330xi. IM new to the BMW world and have many questions that can be answered quickly. I will recieve my car next wendsday as it has just hit in Carolina. Im ready to start looking into some performance parts such as eisenhauss exhaust and possibly an intake if there is any out.

My questions are

What is a 2006 330xi? E90?E91? Will the Bimmian CF Air intake fit on my 330Xi? The 330i is the same as my car just not awd so the parts are the same for the cars right? Sorry to sound like such a newb.

Also, If anyone has any questions ever on Mercedes cars just let me know and that is where im most knowledgable.

Wow. Busy board but no one like to help? Weird but can someone atleast answer the question does the 330i and 330ix the same part wise? Like an exhaust because companies for some reason dont even list the 330ix only the 330i.

Hey, welcome to the forum! The 330xi is an E90 (as long as it's a sedan and not a touring, it's an E90), if it were a 330xiT, then it would be an E91. E92 are the coupes. As for bolt-on mods, I don't think you'd have any trouble fitting an exhaust/intake made for the 330i. As you said, aside from their drivetrains, everything else is the same.
