Fold down rear seat

So I was a little anxious when I bought my 330i a year ago May and didn't get the fold down rear seat . Has anyone converted their rear seat to a fold down? Can it be done? Thanks

The answer is no if you dont have fold down seats you have a solid piece of metel behind your rear seat.

it will not fold down... but your structural integrity is that much greater (stiffer bodyshell) without the split/fold rear seats...

I am waiting on the 335 sedan though... For some reason, I have never wanted to own a coupe (as a primary mode of transportation)...

I thought the E92 is coupe only, the sedan would still be the E90 as far as the 3 series is concerned.

Yes, the E92 is a coupé, the E90 is a sedan. Not sure why you are saying this but... you are right.

You are correct... the 335 sedan (E90) should be out in september, or maybe a little later than that... The 335 coupe (E92) is what is currently being advertised...

I mentioned it because you said you were waiting for the 335 sedan, do you mean the there will be a 335 sedan and and an E90 330i sedan, that doesnt make much sense unless you mean an E90 with the new coupes engine.

I paid extra for my through loading when I purchased my E36 and E46 cars.
My E90 came standard with trough loading, which was a nice surprise as it does come in handy from time to time.

That's not accurate in the case of the e90. The structural integrity is exactly the same with or without fold down seats. Here's the thread of you want to read more...
