Tint removal

I am thinking about getting a different tint on my E90. Please forgive my lack of knowledge on this subject... but tint can be removed, and then a new tint reapplied correct???

I like the deep charcoal tint I have, but I really should have one that reflects heat better...

Absolutely. It?s similar to de-badging?they just heat up the area slightly, and then peel it back while applying some moisture. They then clean up the remaining adhesive stuck on the glass.

Just make sure that you take it to a reputable installer for removing the back window. Due to the heating element on the rear window, removing tint can damage the thin strips that defog the window causing irreversible damage.

lol, I didn't even notice you had tints. Get Huper Optik for good heat rejection.

Good points and the only addition is to use a razor to help remove the tint. The back window should only cost you about 10-20 dollars to remove.
