So if our airbag(s) deploys car wont start?

Is this correct? If the airbag explodes then it wont start? Someone just posted it up....the car is cranking but not starting.... is this a bmw safety feature or something...

The battery positive terminal has a "Battery safety terminal"

If the collision is great enough it is supposed to blow the connection to the starter and altinator, but keep power to the door unlocking and hazard lights ect ect.

Strange you say it is cranking though

There's probably a fuel pump cutoff switch somewhere that kills the pump in a crash. There should be a reste someplace.
