Rear bumper whacked! Replacement?

so another driver decided to get fancy on the road and whacked my rear bumper.

i'm gonna go get it assessed at the body shop tomorrow.

if the bumper cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, what should i replace it with...
...OEM, Mtech or other?

where would you recommend i get the new bumper from?
and can i insist that it be replaced rather than repaired and repainted?

Go for the m-tech but I'd do the front also if you do the rear or it'll look funny. That's what I did when I was rear-ended.
