not until april 15th! In the province of Quebec, it's mandatory to have winter tires from December 15th to april 15th..!!!

Another month with winter tires,!!! Your quite lucky if you can put it on..!!!

The date is March 15th not April 15th.
So as of today you can put them back on.
I'm thinking of slapping my 19's back on this week...

the dateline is march 15th actually... so you can run around with summers right now.

but is it a good idea to do so?

I guess it would be okay to switch to all-seasons at this time but I feel that moving to summer tires may be a tad bit premature....

Definitely too premature over here in Me-Scratch-One. There is still snow everywhere, and the streets are still icy as anything.

Oh, I forgot one small thing. I don't have an M3 yet - due at the dealer in exactly two weeks..... tick, tick, tick........

Still have the winter set up on the X5, though, and the M Roadster is still snoozing up on the lift.....

yea its not a good idea actually... youre right bout it being premature...

i say wait till mid april to do it... also there's usually a lot of road works going on at this time of the year. so no point risking your nice summer wheels.

There's no snow on the roads anymore and it doesn't look like we'll get anything major.
You never know but if we do have a snowstorm it'll melt pretty quickly. We're not getting any -30's anymore that's for sure.
And i don't mind if i crack my 19's or blow my summer tires. That's why i paid 1000$ for Road Hazard.

not till mid april for me...

I once went out in my audi in late march, we had a light dusting of snow and I had on summer wheels with Toyo T1-S rubber, I couldnt stop! It took 100feet to stop from 40kmph, very dangerous

Thinking end of March, I normally wait until mid-April as well but it seems warmer than normal this year so if the long term forecast holds up I'll get it down a couple weeks early.

I am leaving the snows on my wifes 335 till the end of March,so I at least have backup if we get snow.My F150 "winter truck" is supposed to be going to its new home in Mt Tremblant any day now.

Yeah, my backup will be calling in sick and/or working from home if it snows again.
