Its not really a scam, its this dealership in the US that has the car up for sale...however from the looks of it the ad just hasnt been processed properly by the autotrader

So since there isnt a phone number or anything attached technically the list is invalid

yes, it's still a scam, looks like they are just stole the photo from that link! The price at that dealership is $52000 USD, why would they try and sell it in Canada for almost half as much? Doesn't make sense.

looks like you have to email carsprocom@yahoo.com to get a response, probably from some loser looking to steal some poor schlep's hard earned cash with the promise of a cheap and perfect M3. the email will probably suggest using ebay safe harbor to handle the sale, which is a proven scam. i can't believe autotrader would allow an ad like this on. note how it is a private ad.

I hate scammers! I'm going to email this address and let's see what happens...

I did test drive the C63, very good car, great steering, the auto box was the best I've ever tried, (although all cars I've ever owned have been manuals). It just didn't blow me away like the M3.

I'm pretty convinced that I'll get an 09 E90 if finances continue to be ok, but I'm waiting to see if there are any deals to be had later in the year. I don't want to be buying at 2.5% under MSRP and 8.25% financing rates during arguably the worst economic downturn since the 70's (30's?).

I have had my Jetta for 6 1/2 years I can wait a few more months.

i was browsing through autotrader and saw their ad on a 2008 AW E92 M3 for $32,000 and decided to email them cause i had nothing better to do at the time...and this is their reply.

No damages or problems, very good and clean car inside, low milage, american papers. If you are interested and you want to buy the car, our company will ship the car to your place. However, for 14months I dont think you can go wrong, had I not purchased my M3 yet, I would have gotten this in a heartbeat, and then at the end of the lease decided whether to keep it or not
