Mod Advice
I'd like to do some small mod's to my e90 so that it stands out a little bit from the crowd, but nothing too extreme as I occasionally take clients out to various events and need to maintain the classy professionalism of the car.
Suggestions (including pics?) for classy subtle mods for my TiAg 330?

Yeah I agree with hunter. He already has the 162 wheels (given his 330 sports package). Subtle things like spoiler and blacklines would look nice. I personally am not a big fan of body kits or attachments but thats just me

Interior mods, like the M sport steering wheel, the M sport short shifter and aluminium pedals should be considered. On the outside, the M sport bumpers are very nice looking and that's about it IMHO.

I recommend painted CF lips and a OEM rear deck spolier. Super subtle and not overdone. For the inside, do the ///M stuff. Looks OEM, all of it.

I agree with Hunter
I would also add a NavandTV2Go module so you can show presentations in the nav screen (assuming you have one) while taking them to lunch |

blacklines are def. & i would recommend a kerscher front apron if your looking at getting new body parts... but if you want "suttle" changes that you can do by yourself... it would be black lines, roof spoiler, deck spoiler, maybe the CF splitters.

Do Skunk look, install Kerscher quad exhaust system and rear apron together with ACS body kit, 20-inch BBS LM. I think that's subtle and stand out a little bit...:rocks:

I second HRC/1001's OEM recommendation. That's what I did/will do to my car - OEM parts only.
I suggest you start with the OEM spoiler and go from there. It's very subtle and affordable. Moreover the lines form a perfect harmony with the rest of the car. good luck, -hkj |

So I think I'm going to go with an ACS rear roof spoiler, OEM trunk spoiler, ACS pedals, and maybe some eyelids...but I'm not sold on the eyelids. Thoughts???

I think a light tint also looks very nice, maybe like 35% or so. I'm not a fan of the roof spoilers or eye lids however.

I recommend a second car! It's those clients that allow you to have a BMW. The last thing you want to do is give the appeal that they're driving around with Paul Walker. That's coming from a Wall St. guy.

So I've decided against the eyelids, but will go with the ACS rear roof spoiler, OEM trunk spoiler, OEM aluminum pedals (they seem more subtle than the ACS pedals??), and a medium tint (40% maybe?) for the rear door windows and rear windshield (front tinting is illegal here). Next step is to shop around for parts / tinting place, and find out about installing myself or paying someone to do it. I'll probably do the pedals (screws) and roof spoiler (3M double sided tape), but might pay to get the spoiler done (silicone) as I want to make sure it's done right. It might be a few weeks, but I'll post some pics when I'm all done.
