i recently ordered a set of M-Force Design Scoops after seeing a write up on the forum. see attached: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=232099

i know there are several scoops out there for our BMW's, and most operate on the same principle. i choose these scoops for price, availability, and customer service. i had questions for Mach @ M-Force design. i wanted to know what the scoops were made of, and how they would adapt to an air induction system i may add at a later time. all questions were answered the same day. in less than a day, i knew they (the scoops) were made of aluminum, wound never rust, and since they attached to BMW's snorkel in front of the radiator. no matter which system i up graded to, they would still provided more air under the hood where it is needed most.

the scoops were delivered that same week, and the install, took less than 5 minutes. with the use of a torques screw drive and small pliers.

it was a win / win situation. if i used an upgraded air induction system that took air in thru the existing BMW snorkel, the air supply was increased. if i went with a system, such as a dual cone air filters under the hood, the cool air supply still needed under the hood would still be increased. so all 3 scenarios worked. 1. factory system, 2. upgraded system, utilizing BMW's air
supply or 3. upgraded independent air supply system. once these M-Force Design Scoops are installed they can stay put, and continue to increase that cooler air to the engine. *** the bonus is, they are dealer friendly, and never need to be taken out for a service call to the dealer.

i am also waiting for my scoops from Mach@M-Force_Design, hope soon to write good feedback i am bone stock, hope scoops will help a bit for future performance

I received my scoops ~3 weeks ago. There were some problems with shipment (tracking info claimed that scoops hadn't been sent; scoops arrived in 3 weeks), but it was USPS's fault.

Mach replied all the PMs, was helpful.
