How many have ordered BMW Individual?
My car is finally in production! I ordered an Azurite black e92, with piano black interior, and black extended leather (which didn't go onto the order.... someone at Calgary BMW screwed up....... )(I am purchasing through Dilawri in Regina).
Just wondering how many others have ordered Individual, and if so, what colour combinations? Pics?? Cheers! |

I ordered an Individual 335xi last year at Calgary BMW.
There is someone from Fort McMurray who also ordered an Ind M3 from Edm BMW. Not many order it, it gets the car into really big $$$ |

Well the pics aren't that great but the car is certainly nice. I can't believe that the 760 fits into the garage though! Must be tight in there.

yes i know the pics arent the best quality, because they were taken by my old phone Nokia N73 (3.2 MegaPixel) still came out looking half decent i think
However, let spring come and then i will post some better pics, but we absolutely love the individual colors, especially the platinum interior |

Are you getting excited about seeing your car yet? I can't wait for you to get it so I can see the pictures after you post them up. You are going to post pics here right? Are you still planning a trip out east? If so, definitely keep in touch so we can meet up, and have a few drinks.

As for the trip out east...... it is definitely a go! I can't wait to drive across the country in my brand new M3. I will be in Halifax for at least 2 weeks so we will definitely get together. My car arrived in Halifax on the 11th but is now on a train to Edmonton, if you were down around Autoport you could have seen her before me. Take care and I will see you in August. |

Now we are all waiting with anticipation... Is all the snow gone yet in Fort McMurray? Sounds like your M is going to arrive with perfect timing for spring.

The snow is usually gone between April 15th to 30th. Hopefully it is the former this year. |

I talked with my service advisor yesterday. My car is due at the dealership on March 30th! Can't wait. It's in Canada, but apparently, there is a hold up at the docks, and CN rail is slow getting them out. On another note (but still related to BMW Individual), a colleague just picked up his wife's Ruby Black 335xi coupe on Friday - beautiful colour!!! He also picked up his new 750Li yesterday - not Individual, but wow. That's big coinage to be dropping in one weekend..... |

You should have let me know your car was here at that time. I know some of the folks at Autoport (there's a local BMW Club member that works there and has arranged tours for us several times over the years) and could have gone to see your car and take some pictures of it for you. Then again, considering the anticipation you must be feeling right about now it's probably a good idea you didn't let me know. I'm starting to get excited for you now too! Just be sure to take lots of pictures of her when you pick her up and share with us here. I can't wait to see the pictures. Cheers, - Alex

Oh, man, that is such a gorgeous colour.
Dammit - now you have me second guessing myself about my choice of colours, LOL. Thanks for the pics. Beautiful car. |

I liked the Ruby Black but it shows dirt super quick so not a Cdn winter friendly car.
I'd advise a lighter colour. I have a SSII car and it is great and just doing the spray and wash makes it look great. Take your time on the color selection, see if yopu can look at other pics. Also, ask yourself if you are clean car junkie, I am so black always disappointed me, it got off color so fast. |

Clearly, you can see a trend, here, haha. I actually like detailing the car(s). After using my brain all day, it's a a great way to unwind, on my own time. Am I a clean car junkie.... haha - you might say so. My 2002 e46 M3 looked better than the brand new cars on the lot - no stone chips, not a single swirl mark, and the leather looked literally brand new - and I drove my M3 through the last three winters I had it. Granted, it didn't have huge mileage on it (55,000km), but it was in pretty good shape. The X5 and the Z4 are in similar shape. Between the 3 cars, I'd say I'm washing at least one car, on most days in the summer Once you've gone black............... |
