New Car Shopping, Go-To sales rep?

I am in the south Florida market on getting some new BMW's. My leases are ending and I wanted to know who is the go-to salesman in this area. Looking for a deal on 2 purchases for now and maybe another lease in a few months. If you can recommend someone please let me know.
