e90(sdn) 335xi stock Exhaust on a e92(cp) 328xi..possible?

So my bro is getting aftermarket exhaust for his e90 335xi.

He was wondering if i wanted his STOCK exhaust from his e90 335.. Now besides me needing a new rear bumper.. would the install itself work coming off a sedan to a coupe?

An exhaust shop said it would be possible with a lot of welding.. what do u guys think?
