Newbie here, looking to score a good deal on a 135i in Metro NY.

I'm in the market to take advantage of the 3.9% APR deal with the two months on BMW.

I know of Bayside, Hassel, Rallye, Manhattan, Westchester and Pace BMW... and I have not necessarily even stepped foot in a dealership for one yet... but what is the realistic going rate one of these? Would it be unrealistic to expect one for 200-300 over Invoice? I have a small down payment of about 3-4k, and none of the options or transmission type (i can live with a 6spd, but wouldn't mind the auto with paddle shifters) are relevant to me, I just want to see if any Metro NY dealers will go 200-300 over invoice (or even AT invoice) and work from there. I know it's a soft market for cars out there, and that's why I'm hoping this is realistic.

When I picked up the 350Z and G35 coupe 6sp back in 2002 and 2004 respectively, it was like pulling teeth to get these cars even AT MSRP in this area. Hopefully things have changed recently, because if that's the case, I might have to start looking at used 335i coupes... but I love the 135!!!!!!!

Thanks for the help guys!

if you get 08 with good credit you could score 0.1% in MA or a okay score with 3.9%, show room car are easier to get near msrp, order onces aren't going to be easy.

LOL, I already got my 1er weeks ago. I initially had a deposit down at Park Ave BMW, but I found a less-optioned 1er at Pace BMW at a lower price over invoice than Park Ave, so I ended up lying about my credit to Park Ave and ended up buying it at Pace.
