JLEVISW LED Tag Lights On!!
I have upgraded my fog lights to an 8500k light and finally decided to do my tag lights as well with the LED's since I have HID's on my car, and I am so glad I did....these things look amazing at night and truly round out the luxury lighting that should have came on the car stock in 2006....now I just need to upgrade the corona rings to an LED and I will be set for exterior lighting...
I did get a bulb out error message which I was not too fond of, but hey its a small price to pay for such a big improvement...I didnt think $20 worth of bulbs would really make that big of a difference...I will get pics up soon Thanks again JLEVISW!!!

yeah I know but the significant other took the car so its not here right now but I will surely update tonight or tomorrow

When you say "tag" lights, which ones do you mean?

so you get bulb out everytime you start car but does it go away after you drive for few min or does it stay on? Sux for us MY06 e90s

Yeah, I thought the "bulb out" error disappeared after a minute or two ......

When I say tag lights I mean the license plate lights that illuminate your license plate...sorry if that was not specific enough....
Well the error code comes up when the car is first started and after a minute or two if I hit "ok" with the stalk and acknowledge the error, it just leaves up the small exclamation point in the display center near the speedometer...I need to get a pic tonight so you can see it.... I also had the same problem with only one of the lights working, try turning the bulb around inside the housing....Mine did the same and I simply turned it around and it magically worked....I guess the polarity or the direction of the bulb matters but it made a difference either way.... Pics to come later tonight...I promise
