Where do I get touch-up Paint?

The jackasses in my gargage put a nice little scratch in the corner of my front bumper. Now, if I owned the car i'd be livid, but since it's a lease I could live with fixing it with Touch-up paint.

The car is TiAg. Where do I get the touch up? What's the process?

Thanks in advance.

As said Dealers have little bottles

I would reccomend though getting a small artists brush to apply it neatly and not to use the big plastic brush in the bottle

This link (http://store.yahoo.com/autopia/inf-p...sh-clinic.html) has some very good tips about detailing and paint repairs. Scroll down to the section called "CHIP & SCRATCH REPAIR". I followed this and repaired a scratch that I have a hard time finding now.

use a plastic toothpick or one of those floss sticks also.

I have used it twice and it works better than I expected! You still have to buy the paint from the dealer but the kit has the little brushes and a 3 stage process. No height felt with regular touch up and clearcoat comes with it. Worked for me!

Yes, I have. I prefer it vs. the bottles available through dealers.

I agree.....those 'paint pens' are:
1) expesive compared to the dealer (25 bucks compared to 15)
2) messy (leak out the sides if you are using them upside down, like when repairing the bottom of the front bumper)
3) take FOREVER to arrive (took mine like 2 weeks)

I recommend AGAINST them.

u have to be careful with their procedures, particularly sanding. i filled my bumper holes and i think it looks 90% perfect, but did go down to the bumper after sanding, i wet sanded with 2000 grit sandpaper, and it wasn't hard to go down the the bumper (black was showing underneath). luckily, i used the pencils with the sandpaper on the back, so it was very small, and not noticeable. I also figured worst case scenario, i could just put the plate back up or plug it with hole plugs.

I plan on trying Langka with oem touch up paint. Contact BMW North Houston for touch up paint, i bought the kit (paint + clearcoat) for about $12 shipped. You can do a search on marketplace section, i had made a post there.
