Lease Transfer - 2008 335 Convertible

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
Hi all,

Some of you may know now that i am leaving the country in a few months and am starting up a business in the UK.

I am therefore listing my 335 Cab now and will rent a car for a couple of months once it goes as it'll be one less thing to deal with. The car is in mint condition.

The details:

57k sticker

BMW 335: Automatic
Ext. Color: Jet Black
Int. Color: Black
Miles: 3700
Months left on lease: 17
Miles per year allowed - 10k, which means i am under right now so for the balance of the lease you'll have around 1000 miles a month.

Options:

Leather
Sport Package
Comfort package
Heated front seats
iPod hooked up at dealer (no nav)
Bluetooth
OEM sport rims & tires, comfort access
Comfort access
Hd radio - Sirius with 1 year paid subscription (still needs to be activated as i never listen to the radio).
BMW Floor mats

Price: I am paying 838 a month including the CA tax and am offering it up at 799 a mo.
I will split the transfer fee $500 with new owner.
Transfer to be done with BMW USA
Any silly offers will be ignored.

so that's about a $650 incentive to lower to $799/month?

Willing to up the incentive to $1500

That equates to a monthly payment of $738 a month inc. CA Tax.

does bmw take the incentive and spread it out over the payments.. or do they just take it as an up front payment.. so in this example there would be roughly 2 months without a payment...?
