resetting ECU adaptation

I remember there was a secret way to reset the ECU adaptation, does anyone have a link to how? it was something like holding the menu button down for x seconds and then doing something, or something along those lines.

I think all you have to do is disconnect the battery.

Adaptation reset has to be done by the dealer throught the Gt1 diagnostic tool.
