can we order the new headlight switch with the aluminum trim on it? part # for the euro version that activates the rear fogs?

I've been waiting for the part number info on this for months now. That and the updated cupholder trim. No one seems to have an answer though on when they'll be available in the US, even the great Tischer folks.
