I purchased my car through Field's BMW and took delivery in May. Today, I took the car in to have a few things looked at in service - the key memory and a creaking noise in the back seat.
I have had nothing but terrific interactions with each and every employee I've dealt with at Field's. They've been courteous, extremely helpful and very responsive. I highly recommend Field's BMW to anyone shopping for a car in the Chicagoland area. |

though i note that the previous comments in this thread are from 06, i too have had nothing but good experiences in purchasing and servicing my first BMW from Field's Northfield.
