torque specs please

Hey i need some help need to know what to torque these bolts to

21 mm outer control arm bolt
lower rear shock mount bolt
the upper sway bar link bolt (not shown in the pic)

this pic is just off a diy for the 3 series btw i think the 19mm is a 16mm on our cars
