Wax application

What do you folks recommend for applying wax or other products on the car?

I bought some Maguires wax for the car and it came with a small spongy applicator... Should I use that or something else?

Hey longhorn,

I use a small round foam applicator, then use a MF to buff it out.

Take this for what it's worth...I'm an Aggie!

I also use the meguairs small round foam applicator, and then buff out with a MF.

Some people also suggest a quick detailer to "finish" the job off :-) Adds a great shine!

moisten the foam wax pad helps as well (every panel or so). i apply wax to one panel at a time and remove wax while still wet... with a microfiber towel.

works well.

Use MF towels for both application and buffing it out.
