Orlando or Jax area BMW autocross opportunities

My dad gets to do Porsche only autocrosses as part of PCA... when I get my 1 in about 6 months I am hoping I'll have similar opportunities with fellow BMW owners. Unfortunately I haven't found any BMW autocrosses in the Orlando or Jax area yet. I will be in one of the two, depending on job offers after I graduate w/ my ME degree (mechanical engineering, not me haha) from UF in December.

The CCA Suncoast chapter holds autocrosses several times a year; in fact, one is coming up shortly at an airport in Brooksville, just N of Tampa. Not to far to drive for an addict. <g>

That's a fun place to autocross - big long runway, lots of grip. I've autocrossed there before in my Integra. My only gripe about the facility is that the concrete isn't in good shape at all where adjacent slabs touch. It's not uncommon for large chunks to get kicked up. If you don't have clear bra in your wheel wells and on the bottom of your back bumper, bring some painter's tape and protect your finish!!!!

They do not do any HPDEs....

However SCCA is very active around N. FL. We do go to Gainesville a lot.
