Midwest Bimmer supply Cat back exhaust

Does anyone have any experience or info on these guys and their cat back exhaust systems? I have MPE on my F90 but looking at this for a G90 as MPE isn’t an option. Pricing is extremely reasonable compared to the Valvetronic offering and/or GTHaus Miesterschaft systems.

This pic is for G90 but they have F90 systems and looking for feedback on that.

I bought a titanium valved F90 exhaust about a year ago and it looks very similar. There are a few options on Alibaba. Some have the X at the front before the pipes split at the transmission, some have it further back under the cross brace, some use a balance tube instead that is towards the front, some have squashed flat sections like stock (and the one in the picture above) for clearance — and the squash may be in 1 or 2 sections.

Mine was from CSZ and I paid about $1800 shipped. But mine is not the same as the one in the picture above. Mine has no squashed flat sections and an X further back. Interestingly, when I ordered mine, the picture from CSZ showed the X towards the front and the squashed flat sections. What arrived was a little different, but I think improved by eliminating the squashed flat sections.

The price on the linked one looks good. They probably bought 10 and got a reduced price and the shipping works out to less per exhaust. Or maybe they just have a preferred provider agreement with the Chinese company. Either way, the markup they are adding is much less than others like FI Exhaust.

If you don’t want to import yourself by buying from Alibaba, the deal looks reasonable. Don’t know anything about G90 M5 specifics and am not interested — no 5500 lb slower and more complex and expensive M5 for me. Not sure what I will buy next but it won’t be the new M5.

Yes, a stainless valved exhaust should cost less than a titanium valved exhaust. Titanium is lighter and many find it has a more exotic sound. Someone should try this exhaust.

Yes, your pricing on stainless is better. My understanding is that this thread is about titanium valved exhausts — look at the original post.

OP did not say anything about titanium and his picture shows stainless steel selection and stainless steel price. thats why i compared it to the MAD stainless steel

You two — XPH and MAD — are trying to sell your competing products. The exhaust pictured in the OP’s post is titanium and he is asking whether anyone has bought an exhaust from Midwest Bimmers.

You always post about your Alibaba exhaust, and I don’t think I’ve ever made a negative comment about it. It’s your car, and you’re free to buy whatever you want.

The OP posted a picture of an exhaust, and I simply pointed out that there’s a better, more proven solution. You’re free to disagree and share your opinion, no one is attacking you.

As for the customer picture, it shows the selection of stainless steel with stainless steel pricing, so I responded based on that. You responded based on titanium.

It’s not a big deal, whether I’m right or wrong.

I dont get why you are taking it so personal

Edit: I removed the first sentence to ensure my post isn’t misunderstood as hostile because it’s not. There’s no need to make a big deal out of this. The picture can be interpreted in two different ways, and I’m sure the OP will clarify which one they meant so we can move on

I have nothing to sell. Sure, I bought an exhaust on alibaba and posted about it to help others. Absolutely zero benefit to me, like all of my posts and like very few of yours. I am not here to schlep products and make a buck and try to steer people to stuff I sell.

What are you even doing in this thread? Let members consider products you don’t sell without jumping in to try to instead steer them to stuff you make money from.

Im not sure what issues you’re dealing with, but I genuinely hope things improve for you. My last post was three days ago, and I wasn’t even active on this thread anymore until you quoted me and reignited a back-and-forth conversation that had already ended. If you don’t want me here, stop quoting me, especially when the conversation has been inactive for days.

OP asked a question, and I responded. You’re free to agree, disagree, or ignore my post. However, attempting to ban me from a car forum just because you don’t like my opinion is unreasonable. I’m a vendor, If you want to take my opinion with a grain of salt, that’s your decision, and I respect that. But to try and ban me is ridiculous.

With all due respect, I won’t be responding to you anymore. You seem to have a personal issue with me, and I don’t have the time or energy for pointless arguments.
We can discuss cars, agree, or disagree, but it feels like you’re taking things personally and refusing to move on. This is not something I’m interested in.

This is a hobby we all share, there’s no reason to get so upset. If you can’t see that, I wish you the best, but I won’t engage in a toxic and unproductive conversation.

MAD has plans for a cat back for the G90 but nothing has started yet. I discussed with them and they confirmed a desire to design and produce one. No timeframe currently

My job is to sell however im pretty honest and I don't always push my products unless I really see it as a benefit to the customer. I did reread the ops first post and there is no mention of titanium. He did mention he has a g90 though but this is a f90 section. So that's my bad.

What is the problem and who is getting sued? The maker of your Alibaba exhaust? Mid-West Bimmer Supply? MAD-USA?

It's not us I can assure you. We just started the manufacturing of our m240 exhaust so there is no way he's running a MAd system.

I don’t know anything about GT Haus. I do know that the OP posted a picture of a titanium exhaust.
