Removing seats?

Hey folks...I have a rattle/vibration coming from the subwoofer under the driver's seat. I want to take the speaker cover off to see if I can fix it but I was just wondering if removing/replacing the seat is as simple as it looks? Anybody know?

Best to take it to the dealer, If not i am sure it is not that hard but do not take apart any wires without first disconnecting the battery. you dont want any airbag warning lights to come on.

To remove front seats, it's simple and share a few pics, but you should probably take it to the dealer...

use a T45 Torx bit on a extension and remove four bolts on teh front and back of the tracks.. That's it.

Here's the bit you need:

Here's the rear bolts (you need to move the seats all the way forward on the tracks to access these):

Then move the seat all the way back on the tracks, and use the same T45 bit to take the front two bolts out:
