Don't buy the 1 series outdoor cover...
It has the carry bag attached to the "inside" of the cover by extremely rough and abrasive nylon straps. Those straps sit right on your trunk when you put the cover on and rub rub rub. I had it on for 5 minutes and took it off. Awful design. Sending it back and trying the Satin dust cover. Just fyi.

I just cut the straps as the cover was cheaper from BMW than through California Car Cover. My little monster had to live outdoors for the first month while the garage was being prepared for him. A word of advise for car covers, DO NOT USE THE COVER IF YOUR CAR IS DIRTY.
