Rec'ed my exhaust today via FedEx then a second FedEx van came by with the installation instructions from Dan.

People, I have never seen anyone as knowledgeable and thorough as Dan. Every One should automatically come with a Dan:roundel:

I'm going to have my graphics guy make me a small window sticker that simply says, "Dan"...he deserves a little credit:respekt:

Dan is awesome. My perf rotors shipment missed and Dan did a fedex overnight at no extra charge

I have gotten very unsatisfactory service from dan @ united bmw. I ordered an alarm and he said it wasn't being released from bmw, that was more than two months ago. I have given emails, private messages, and left a message at united bmw with no response whatsoever. This is very frustrating considering I bought a few other things from him and i am a 1addict member which they seem to appreciate, or not.
