Available Shocks?
Anyone know what the availability for shocks for the E82 is right now? I know that the Koni adjustables are available, but at $700 + shipping for all 4, I can't justify a spring/shock setup. I am planning on running H&R Sports, maybe even Super Sports and I'd prefer not to run the stock shocks.

From what I've read so far, people are keeping the stock shocks assuming they will hold because the H&R Sports are not that aggressive. I think they're aggressive enough to shorten the life of the shocks.

if your going to go with H&R springs and want to change shocks why not just get this set. and get shocks that are valved for the springs. shocks are top notch also, bilstein makes all the shocks for H&R kits just like H&R supplies all the springs for bilstein coilovers.

I want a more streetable setup and don't want to put 1300-1400 into a suspension right now. But if CO's are the only smart setup right now, that's most likely what I'll do.

it is a little pricey but this setup is very streetable and should ride better than H&R sports with other shocks because the shocks in the kit are valved specifically for those springs. and you have the ability to set your own ride height
