Jet Black Zaino Z-5,Z-2

Enclosed are some pics of my Jet Black with Zaino Z-5 pro, then a coat of Z-2, and wiped down with Z-6 spray detailer. Tire shine is Z-16.

Sweet ride! I noticed that you have the terra interior, can you attach a few photo's of that too? How do you like using Zaino products compared to others?

Absolutely beautiful. JB offers appeal unachievable by any other color. Pure, classic, simple, the 'basic' non-metallic colors are timeless. Good looking car.

Where were the photos taken? Looks to be some sort-of non-public accessible deal.

Interior is actually Coral Red, the tint makes it look terra.

Zaino does a great job. Its very easy to apply and it smells like you can eat it.

Surface prep is the key. After I picked the car up from the dealership I used my flex polisher and went over the whole car with Menzerna Po106ff (finishing polish).

I've been trying different things on the paint, but I seem to always come back to Zaino. The Z-6 spray detailer is fantastic and leaves no streaks.

The photo's were taken in a new area in my community. There's tons of area's where houses are going to be built (if the economy ever recovers), the roads are paved, but no houses

Zaino is easy to use. Apply Z-5, let it set for 10-30min and remove. Apply the Z-2 in the same fashion.

I already had prepped my paint a few weeks back with my flex polisher and some Menzerna po106ff finishing polish. This is what really takes time. I could easily spend the whole afternoon polishing the car with my flex.

However, once this is done, upkeep is very simple with the Zaino Line.

Did you let the dealer do the intial prep work or did you take it home wrapped up and do it yourself?

Looks very roomy in your garage, I'm envious

I have 20% on the rear, and 35% on all side windows. I really want to go with 20% all the way around, but the legal limit her in AZ is 35%.

The dealership removed the plastic from the car, and that was it. I took the car home and did the full prep myself on the paint. You would be shocked to see what the paint looked like under halogen lights when I first got it. Not what I was expecting from BMW.

I ended up going over the whole car with Menzerna po106ff. I had to hit a part of my door with some po83(Super Intense polish) to remove a nice scratch that was there. There are still some very fine defects in the paint only visible with the Halogen lights, they could be removed but would require a stronger polish, I'm happy with the way it is right now.

I remember the photos of John's paint as received from his dealer, like his, mine was scratched, barely better. John's hood was hammered, worst damage to mine was around the side mirrors. Be aware, should your car disembark from Oxnard, there is a chance shoddy prep can occur, scrutinize your car.

Gorgeous car. It's the same color combo I ordered, so now I have some temporary pics to show people until mine comes!

I'm glad there's another Zaino fan in the house. I have intentions of prepping and protecting my car the same way!
