They are 19x8.5" +40mm It should fit.

My...
18x9" +40 (F and R)
18x9" +45 (F and R)
Fits

Worst thing you'll need is a 3mm spacer.

Just because a wheel fits doesn't mean it won't have adverse effects on the car's handling due to incorrect offset.

The stock 18x8.5" rear wheels have a 52mm offset. The 18x7.5" front wheels have a 49mm offset.

I'm running a set of 17X8.5 38mm offset with 245 40 PS2s right now, it drives perfect and handles much better than the stock setup.

Please post a picture, I have to see 245's in the front.

And how they all fit, do they stick out past the fenders?

Are they even front to back?
