There are a bunch of track events in SO Cal. that range from $50-$400 (at least the ones I have seen)

try the event calenders of tracks in your area:

Willow Springs has a fun smaller track called the "Streets of Willow".
Many clubs rent it and usually any make of car is welcome. The last time I went there was a large crowd of Honda S2000s.
