I'll be picking mine up from BMW of Darien. Right now it's on a boat crossing the Atlantic, due into New York on March 22, so hopefully I'll pick up a week or so after that. ::crossing fingers::

I went with Darien because it's closer to my office in Stamford, and I've had a less than happy experience with the service dept of BMW of Bridgeport in the past (I'm talking about 10 years ago, when they were still Helmut's BMW).

Production finished...awaiting transport. ordered from Ridgefield BMW...delivery hopefully early April.

There a lot better now. I ordered my rig from BMW of BPT. its different from when it was helmut.... he he helmut.

I recommend Don Doria @ BMW of Darien.

My Dad went in back in 2002 for the then-newly redesigned 7series and got a no nonsense, pleasant experience going with Don and now myself, 6 years later, ordered & took delivery of my cashmere 135i from the same fellow.

For a brand (and a maybe even the whole lower Fairfield County) that may be known for it's "porcupines", Don is better than alright by me. If you go w/Don, tell him that "Eric @ MTV" recommended him

+1 on Don Doria. Ordered my M3 from him 3 years ago, very pleasant experience. So I went back to give him my business for the 135i, which I'm picking up in about 9 1/2 hours.
