If youre still in your primary warranty would torn shock boots be covered. I noticed when I was getting new tires that the shock covers were torn, allowing dust and water to get inside.

Vehicle is 2 year old and 21k miles

I believe so but it isn’t explicitly mentioned from what I can tell. Call a local dealer and talk to a service advisor. They can tell you for sure.
