Simple Wheels Question

After seeing the 135i this weekend at the Edmonton Motor Show, I'm a little confused as to which wheels we'll be getting on the Canadian 1er. I saw these ones (http://www.1addicts.com/forums/attac...1&d=1202874254). Are these the ones on the Canadian M Sport? Regular 135i? What's the deal?

Does anyone have pictures of all the wheels that we're getting here?

Specifically, do we get the nice fat 5 spoke ones that we keep seeing on the Euro 135i (refer to: http://www.bmwblog.com/wp-content/uploads/wall11.jpg)
These are the nicest in my opinion. The other split spoke ones don't really do it for me. And if we don't get them here, are they at least available in the USA so that trading/swapping would be possible?

Cheers

I really do not know what those wheels are that you saw in edmonton. They don't correspond to the regular wheels.

Style 264 is the 5 star spoke that you mention in your second paragraph. These come standard.

Style 261M is the 5 split spoke that come on all Msport kits in Canada. Check out the official Canadian brochure, or any of the picture threads.

^^ is right.. there are only 2 options for you and they are based on if you buy the sports package or not.. the one is the pick maybe one they shipped over for reviews or testing and can be one from the UK or something.. I think i seen it before but for sure not for the CDN 1ers we'll be getting...

MTW,

I went to the edmonton show on sunday. The only 1 series I saw was a sparkling graphite 135i with red interior. For wheels, it had the style 263 w spoke wheels which are standard on the canadian 128i sport package(as in my sig). They were listed as an accessory option on the spec sheet for the 135.

As a side note, both the 135 and the m3 were locked. but if you asked one of the reps, they would unlock it for you, and promptly re-lock it once you got out.

Thanks for clearing that up. The wheels didn't really do it for me, but the rest of the car looked great. I didn't get a chance to sit in it though.
