X5 50e exhaust flap

Anyone that have open the exhaustflap on a LCI 40i or 50e?

I tried to pull the fuse just after startup, little more sound, but not fully open.
Any suggestions? Will any tool, carly, bimmercode or others work?

Bimmerlink can be used to open the flap and then the fuse can be pulled.

Yes, all of the functions should be supported for the LCI as far as I know.

Unfortunately not. Currently very little bimmerlink support for LCI. I am in the beta test group and still no exhaust flap control for LCI.

Anyone come up with any other ways of keeping the valve open other than pulling the pin?

Basically nothing as far as I can tell. Some live data I think and there’s an option to turn ASD on/off (active sound design?) but I haven’t done that. Very little else to report.

As far as I can tell almost nothing at present. The ECU’s are locked by BMW on LCI and need to be connected to their server to be accessed as I understand it.
