quick question about speakers

is the "premium hi-fi system" on bmw usa
the same thing as the logic 7 on the 335's.
i am somebody who cares alot about the way
my music sounds so the question is...

is it worth an extra $875
or are the regular speakers
pretty loud and decent sounding

and where is the subwoofer without the
premium system(with it, its under the seats)
