Speak to carrozeria design, they had the full hamman exhaust on their silver e90. They might be able to provide you with some insight.

Hey,

I got the Kerscher quad exhaust and I had similar installation problem like you have now. The problem is the german version and US version's catback setups are different. The ending of the catback for mine is exactly like what you have. My shop needed to cut and re-adjust the positioning of the catback pipe so that two pipes would have wider gap between them to fit the resonators' gap.
I posted pictures adn comments on this issue on two different posts. The following link went to one of my post that shows the modifying part of the catback on my car. They cut and welded the endings. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...light=kerscher
I guess you will probably need to pay more for the shop and do the modification for you, unless you can get your seller or Hamann get to pay you. Good luck.

I have the Kerscher exhaust and it's the same as yours. What I'm going to do and I would recommend to you is cutting the left pipe and turn around and clamp it. Then, you just have to weld 1 pipe to the resonator or use an adapter to connect instead of welding both pipes in LWL's case (4 weldings total) :
