Just picked up my first bmw since having an e46 m3

After being out of BMW’s for the past 3 or 4 years, I recently decided to pickup a new weekend toy/daily driver. To preface it a bit, over the past few years I’ve been extremely fortunate to experience and enjoy a wide variety of cars, ranging from a 20’ gt350, 23 Rs6, 22 R8 rwd, 21 C63 coupe. And while I enjoyed them all, I honestly really missed two cars the most - my 2006 mini Cooper gp and 2003 e46 m3 6spd - with that being said, I recently decided I wanted something a bit more exciting to drive on the day to day and ended up purchasing and Alpine white CSL. While I know the market has currently plummeted(albeit to my benefit, as I originally had one on order that I backed out of on delivery day). Ever since last November when that delivery day was forfeited, the CSL has remained on the back of my mind. As such, I decided to pick one up 3 weeks ago and after arm wrestling a few dealers, I was able to get one for what I deemed an extremely fair price with borderline delivery miles on it.

With all that being said, I’m curious any tips or insight any G8x owners might have and also if anyone knows what the maintenance schedule is on the CSL as I haven’t been able to find it anywhere 😂. I will say my current plan is to put a god awful amount of miles on the car though as my daily “commute” mainly consists of canyon backroads.

Beautiful car, congrats. I too pick up my 2024 M3 Comp. later this week. That one is quite special.
