Here are some terracotta leather pics...A little more orange than i thought

Terracotta is ABSOLUTLY more orange!

I'm über pissed again. If I was going to get stuck with leather for the premium package, I wanted that brown (terra) color. That orange stuff is hideous.

The image in the US brochure looks more like the Terra to me?:iono:

I seriously don't think that you guys will be getting that colour "terra", just look at the pics from bmwuk site http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/ecom4/fra...-bmwuk,00.html, the pics look much darker than that other sick colour. I don't think bmw would force that "fake tan" colour upon you! Still ,i'd be more pissed about not being able to get the lemon as i think it looks awesome IMO, especially an black!

Plastic seats are the best.

And yes, my head is about to explode. I can't get what I want, apparently most others can't either.

Let's see what shows up as priority one for us in the States, before giving up on lemon quite yet. It's not listed on any e90 brochure, but it's available in the US.

What's the car with the terracotta leather? I'd be interested in seeing other representations of it to see if it's as different from terra as it appears. Just to show how individual this all is, I actually like the terracotta color and hope it will be available. I think it would go well with SG or Black. Thanks for the pics.

It's called a Halloween car (X3 w/black/terracotta) on other forums. There's quite a few pics of it on various forums, that all look orange. I mentioned in another thread that I had a X3 loaner for about a week, that had terracotta interior, and it was like pumpkin orange, or damn close to it. Nothing like the M3 Cinnamon leather, in my opinion.

I'm just hoping that since the brochure had other typos, and the swatch for terracotta really looks like the terra leather in my e90, that the word 'terracotta' below the swatch is meant to have said 'terra'.

reminds me of "cinnamon" leather which I had with alpine white on e46 mcoupe;
I got alot of compliments on that combo

Hmm... looks just like the cinnamon color available on M3's. It's incredible in person, especially on a black or dark blue car. I wouldn't hate on terracotta based solely on pics.

Pretty darn close to the cinnamon in my M3 but even more orange in terracotta if thats possible. :iono:

Yeah I agree. Have to see it in person to know for sure. I think red will be the ticket for me though :headbang:

That's a gorgeous color combo, one of my fav's. Mine is CB/Gray SMG.

If I pickup a 135i, I'm going to miss the screaming 7000 rpm range on our cars. It just sounds like heaven. :biggrin:
