Terra Leather?

I always order black of beige leather in a car....but I really like how the Terra colored leather looks.

Does anyone know if Terra will be available with Sedona Red? I am also thinking about Alphine White with Terra.

I have Terra in my e90 330i. It's a nice color, and is fairly rare. I've seen many, many e90's an only one with my interior choice (it was an AW car, and looked great).

Although configurators don't allow some combinations for interior/exterior choices, you can usually order it however you want it, especially if you have a history with the dealership. The only thing they will want to prevent is a car sitting on their lot after you backed out, that they can't sell.

It looks a little orange from some of the pictures I have seen. I have to see the color in person.

Take a look:

I guess this is the take over color for "cinnamon". Personally, I like both, but the cinnamon a little more. It seems to be a little brighter.

1,000 dollars says that if I show you two BMWs, one with leatherette and one with leather, you wouldnt be able to tell the difference.

This is the closest picture to the "real" look of terra, out of all those pictures:

Btw, I have that exact same color combo (incl poplar), except with a 6sp .

Leatherette looks good and wears well, but doesn't feel good to me at all.

Terra may not be available at all. If memory serves me correctly, Terra is a E90 choice, Saddle was the 'comparable' E92 choice. Not sure what the US choices will be.

Personally I prefer the Saddle. Terra is a bit too red for me. Saddle is more orange, a la the old cinnamon color which has to be one of my favorite colors of ALL time.

This is some1's E92 on E90Post with saddle for comparison.

I'll totally take up on that bet, under one condition. Both cars need to be 5 years old.

I love the Saddle leather as well, even though I have Terra. Both the Italian and the UK brochures show Terra as the only brown leather option. However, those of you who have access to the Individual program in your country, the sky's the limit, if you've got the cash to do it.

In that case, which one would you really want? 5 year old leather or 5 year old leatherette?
