I like how the slightly camouflage headlights look. Way better than the undisguised headlights look.

Me too!

It's funny, I was initially considering an E46 cabrio. The 1er cabrio seemed like a logical comparison, but when I saw the 135i M Sport I lost interest in the ragtop. While I really like the lines of 1er cabrio I'm just more into the coupe. It's probably because the 135i reminds of my old E30 325e.

Hmm, March 08 UK so probably end of year 08 for US. I could probably hold onto my car for that long. A 135 convertible would be sweet.

Onehots2k- this may be a good option for you coming from the roadster you currently drive...

Correction Lips, a 335i convertible IS sweet. I really am not a fan of 4 seater convertibles. Probably because I dont need the extra space. PLUS, it wouldnt be smart for onehots2k to spend 50k on a car fresh out of college...lol 37k is my MAX. My resources need to be invested in starting my company rather than transporation.

I meant a 135 convertible...thanks for pointing it out. Anyways, depending on where this thing starts at this could be an option for me as well...

I dont know man, your looking at least a 3-4k premium for the convertible. I guess that means the 135i coupe possibly wont be that bad. I will miss open air fun!!

But the drop top is a nice feature and i'm really liking the lines of the convertible top down. The car does not look as high because it has no roof...

yeah very definitely not my tastes... but im of the opinion that the only cars that fit being convertibles are boxsters, S2Ks and miatas. so im picky, but still dont think itll look good with the high shoulderline

BMW has moved very quickly to unmasking the vert, so they are going to plan a quick lanuch for this whole series, which is very good news for us

Sorry, but yech! The cabrio design really emphasizes the too-high shoulderline and (especially) rear deck - could be a Volvo or a Sebring.
