Wavy high RPM n55 powerband

Hi all, just wondering if any of you have experienced something similar on your FBO N55s.
https://www.bootmod3.net/log?id=63e9...90c65a9d948110

North of 6,000RPM my car feels very pulsey and wavey. As soon as I shift to the next gear the pulsation is gone. Seems to be relating to my wastegate freaking out maybe? Maybe the stock turbo is just being maxed out?

Either way, looking for suggestions.

Thanks.

The wastegate is consistent at 88% so that's not it. You have a lot of timing corrections. You should check your plugs and maybe add 2 gals of e85 to see if it clears up.

typically I run an E30 tune. I get zero timing corrections when I do that. I still get the pulse-y feel up top though. I can get a log later today and post it after work. The pulse-y feel is pretty independent of what tune I run except for when I limit boost to 14.5 in BM3.

That's not WGDC, and you have minimal timing corrections, it's due to high IATs.

That's the map slot data going up and down.

The IATs are pretty high at the end, but i dont see how that would make the car feel as you described.

What map specifically was this logged on? Stage 2 E30? with a 14.5 psi boost limit?

After 6236 rpm the WGDC is definitely wavy so i would say that is a factor in the car acting the way you described. It sounds like it only happens when you limit boost, is that correct? I would bet that it has to do with WGDC/boost control when you try to limit power.
